Delivery time / Availability
The delivery time of your item depends on the availability, the chosen payment method and the country of delivery.
Availability of the article: For some products different delivery times are indicated. The delivery time depends on whether the article is in stock at our own distribution center or at the manufacturer. If the item is in our own warehouse, your order will be ready for shipment within 48 hours. If the desired article is in stock at the manufacturer, the article will be delivered directly after your order from the manufacturer to our Logistig Center and from there it will be shipped to you.
How can I pay?
You can pay with us either by prepayment, Paypal or Paypal Express.
If you want to pay in advance, you can transfer the amount of the order to our account.
After your order you will receive an email with our account data. For the allocation of your payment we ask you to indicate your surname and the order number with the transfer. As soon as we have received your payment, your order will be processed.
Paypal: Paypal is a free online payment service. You need an account at Paypal to be able to pay with Paypal. As soon as you have created an account with Paypal, you can use it to pay in our and many other online shops.
When ordering in the booking process simply select Paypal and you can log in with your Paypal account. The payment is processed via Paypal and is usually completed immediately. If you pay with Paypal your order will be processed directly.
Paypal Express: With Paypal Express you can directly access your Paypal account and use the address stored there as shipping address for your order. You do not have to enter your data in our booking form. The payment is processed via Paypal and is usually completed immediately. When paying with Paypal your order will be processed directly.
Shipping
Your order will be forwarded directly to our logistics centre after receipt of payment and processed from there. The shipping is usually done with DHL. The package delivery time with DHL is usually one to two working days. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification by email with a tracking number for package tracking at DHL.
.Large items such as surfboards and SUPs are shipped with GLS or in exceptional cases via a carrier of our choice. Surfboards are sent to our customers by the shortest route, if possible directly from the importer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping within Germany:
Orders over 40€ are free of shipping costs. For orders under 40€ the shipping costs are 4,90€.
Shipping rest of EU:
Orders over 100€ are free of shipping costs. For orders under 100€ the shipping costs are 16,90€.
Return
Within 14 days you can cancel or exchange your order.
Returns from an order value of 40€ are free of charge.
Please note that we can only take back boards or articles which are in perfect condition and show no signs of use or are defective.
This is how simple the return works:
- A simple email to service@surf-skateboards.com is enough and we will send you the stamped return label by email.
- Packing the article.

- Send it. Send it.
After receiving the return we will check the condition of the items and refund the order value. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the order.
For returns, we recommend you use the package tracking system, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or delayed returns. We only take responsibility once the package has reached our warehouse. You will be informed by e-mail as soon as we have received your package.
Revocation
Right of revocation: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving reasons. The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not a carrier, have taken possession of the goods. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. The time limit shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
